Files used for the VISION project are available here for downloads.

The blacklist folder has mm10, blacklists both full and the separated by
sources.  The ENCODE blacklist (ENCFF356LFX) was used for the human data.

A hub is provided to view VISION tracks in your prefered browser.

The files can also be downloaded from there as well.
There is also a hub for the Stam lab footprint tracks.

The ccre folder contains the cCREs as well as the matched randoms, UMAPs, and 
joint metaclusters.

The mm10 and hg38 folders have files related to the IDEAS segmentations
and analysis.
